We have 1- 7’ x 6’ (1980 mm X 1790 mm) Ex-Display Summerhouse available. Our Ex- Display buildings have typically been on display for around 18 months in our Lancing shop. They will have been maintained and treated regularly with a good quality timber treatment and will arrive flat packed but ready glazed with new roofing felt for you to assemble. We can deliver and erect the building for an additional cost.
A traditional but modern looking Summerhouse with just the right amount of windows for plenty of light but some privacy too. The large three quarter glazed double criss cross windows are fixed and the matching single door creates a light and stylish room. The roof overhang is 300mm. Depending on the size of the building the eaves are1715mm (5' 7 1/2”) internally with a minimum height of 1833mm (6’ 1/2”) at the ridge. Walls are constructed using 35 x 35mm spaced at no more than 800mm intervals. The fixed windows are mortice and tenoned, profiled and weather resistant with a profiled lip. Pre mitred and profiled beading is supplied to fix the 3mm horticultural glass.
