Garden Buildings

Our Garden buildings are produced by a British manufacturer using quality timber from sustainable sources, our buildings come pre- treated using a high quality ant- fungicide wood protection primer, ready to take your choice of wood treatment. Most buildings are available in a 12mm ship lap or log lap finish at an extra cost. Supplied flat packed for self assembly. All exterior fittings are treated against rust and the roofing felt is green mineral, fascia, finishing timbers, assembly instructions, hardware and glass are all supplied. When choosing a location for your building the roof overhang should be considered and our buildings should always be assembled on a level firm base. Most of our buildings are available to order in different sizes to those listed and we can add a window, change the door or add some height etc. We require a 50% non refundable deposit for all non standard or bespoke buildings. Any buildings we don't have in stock are available to order and we also provide an instillation service which can include taking away your old building, providing a concrete base or bearers and erecting your new building. Due to a Nationwide timber shortage and the increased demand for Garden Buildings due to Lockdown any buildings that aren't in stock will have an approximate 20 week lead time, a 50% deposit will be required when placing an order.

Terms:
Terms: All buildings are supplied pre- treated with an anti fungicidal, anti rot treatment. It is recommended that all buildings are given a coat of a good quality UV resistant spirit based wood preserver before installation with subsequent coats after and at regular intervals recommended by the manufacturer. All buildings must be installed on a level and firm base of the correct size or the building will be compromised. We suggest that the roof overhang is taken in to consideration when finding a location for your building and a reasonable gap must be left all round the building to prevent damp issues and allow for maintenance and painting of the building. We recommend that all buildings be installed by an experience trades person. We can not be held responsible for any buildings that have been installed or used against our recommendations.
